This notice is to make the general public aware that Aurora SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its collective investment scheme licence, as well as the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to its remaining sub-fund, Absolute Fund of Funds. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 5 February 2019, the SubFund and the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
