This notice is to make the general public aware that World Dynamic Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Dynamic Exclusiva Fund and Dynamic Wealth Resource Fund (“the Sub-Funds”) and the Scheme. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 20 February 2019, the Scheme and the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
