This notice is to make the general public aware that RPS Umbrella Fund (Malta)
SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services
Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its collective investment scheme
licence, as well as the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to
its remaining sub-fund, RPS Tactical Allocations Diversified Strategies Fund. The
MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and
does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
Accordingly, with effect from 31 October 2018, the Sub-Fund and the Scheme
ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
