This notice is to make the general public aware Blue Star Vision IC SICAV plc (“the
Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the
surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the
Scheme. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any
regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 October 2018,
the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
