This notice is to make the general public aware that NCC Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to SBS Opportunities Sub-Fund (“the Sub Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is  entirely voluntary and does not aris as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 May 2018, the Sub Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
