This notice is to make the general public aware that Mr Juan Borg Manduca requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the registration which was issued to him to act as a company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such registration. This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1st March 2018, Mr Borg Manduca ceased to be registered by the MFSA. Mr Borg Manduca also confirmed that the existing directorship or secretary service (ten in all) is not being offered to them by way of business and it is not his intention to increase the amount of clients.
