This notice is to make the general public aware that Utility Capital Management Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 1B Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 September 2017, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
