This notice is to make the general public aware that Paladin Securities Limited recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the voluntary suspension of its Category 1A Investment Services Licence for a six month period. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13th January 2017 and until further notice, the Company’s Category 1 Investment Services Licence is in suspension.
