This notice is to make the general public aware that Hedge Invest Alternative Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its collective investment scheme licence as well as the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to its Sub-Fund HI Portfolio Feeder Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15 December 2016, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
