This notice is to make the general public aware that Ananea Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Ananea AVH Enhanced Fund, Ananea Volatility Fund EUR and Ananea Volatility Fund CHF (“the Sub Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 8 November 2016, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
