This notice is to make the general public aware that Lloyds TSB Money Fund Limited (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Classes:

• Australian Dollars;
• Euro;
• New Zealand Dollars;
• United States Dollars.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 October 2015, the Classes ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
