This notice is to make the general public aware that Elgin (Europe) Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 2 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 10 December 2014, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
