This notice is to make the general public aware that Helvetic Fund Administration (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Recognition Certificate to provide Fund Administration Services. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 December 2014, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
