This notice is to make the general public aware that Celsius Global Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to ICI Fund (EUR) and SEB Guarantee Fund 80 (EUR) (“the Sub-Funds”).

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 October 2014, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
