This notice is to make the general public aware that Wood & Company Funds SICAV plc (the Scheme) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Wood & Company Debt & Mezzanine Opportunities Fund (the Sub-Fund). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17 April 2014, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
