This notice is to make the general public aware that Axeria Life International PCC Limited - a company authorised to carry on business of insurance in terms of the Insurance Business Act (Cap. 403, of the Laws of Malta) (“the Act”) has merged into Axeria Assistance Limited, a company which is also authorised to carry on business of insurance and reinsurance in terms of the Act. Consequently, Axeria Life International PCC Limited’s authorisation ceased to be operative upon the effective date of the merger, being 19 February, 2013. The merger is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
