This notice is to make the general public aware that VIP Select Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• BFI Multiplier Fund (USD);
• BFI Accumulator Fund (USD);
• BFI Multiplier Fund (CHF); and
• BFI Accumulator Fund (CHF).

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17th January, 2013, the Sub Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
