This notice is to make the general public aware that Innocap Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• AlphaSquare Sub-Fund;
• Altis Global Futures Sub-Fund;
• CQS Global Convertible Arbitrage Sub-Fund;
• Ermitage GDT Sub-Fund;
• GLC Gestalt Sub-Fund;
• Grafton Sub-Fund;
• Henderson European Select Absolute Return Sub-Fund;
• Iridian Opportunity Sub Fund;
• JCAM Macro Sub-Fund;
• Kaiser Sub-Fund;
• MAI Nexar Short Bias Sub-Fund;
• Salto Sub-Fund; and
• Woodbine Sub-Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25th July 2012, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
