This notice is to make the general public aware that J.P. Morgan Trustee and Depositary Company Ltd has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept cancellation of the authorisation to provide trustee and other fiduciary services in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331 of the Laws of Malta). The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15th April, 2011, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
