This notice is to make the general public aware that GlobalCapital Fund Advisors Limited (“GCFA”) - a category 2 Investment Services Licence Holder and GlobalCapital Investments Limited (“GCI”) – a financial institution, have merged into GlobalCapital Financial Management Limited (“GCFM”). Consequently GCFA’s and GCI’s licences ceased to be operative upon the effective date of the merger, being 22nd July, 2010. .The merger is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Moreover, on 22nd July, 2010 GCFM was issued a Financial Institution’s Licence in terms of the Financial Institutions Act, Cap. 376 to continue undertaking the activities previously undertaken by GCI.
