This notice is to make the general public aware that Celsius Global Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the:

• Dynamic Fixed Income Plus Guaranteed Fund;
• Enhanced Multi Strategy Guaranteed Fund;
• Voltaire 20:80 Fund (EUR);
• Voltaire Index 95 Fund;
• DFD Cash Plus (EUR) Fund;
• Evolution 60 Fund;
• Flexi HF Strategy Index Fund (EUR);
• Barclays Global Property (USD); and
• Barclays Global Property (EUR).

(“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 2nd November, 2009, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
