This notice is to make the general public aware that GlobalCapital Fund Advisors Ltd ("GCFA") recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority ("MFSA") to accept surrender of its recognition certificate to provide fund administration services. This follows an internal reorganisation within the GlobalCapital Group whereby fund administration services will now be provided by GlobalCapital Financial Management Ltd which holds a fund administration recognition certificate issued by the MFSA on the 16th October 2008. The MFSA has accepted GCFA's request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly with effect from 16th October 2008, GCFA ceased to hold a fund administration recognition certificate by the MFSA.
