This notice is to make the general public aware that Altma Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following sub-funds: “Essex Sub-Fund, Hanover Sub-Fund, Mespil Sub-Fund, Townsend Sub-Fund and Phibsborough Sub-Fund” (collectively referred to as “the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22nd February, 2007 the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
