The Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) will be participating in the upcoming DELTA Summit, being held at the InterContinental Hotel, St. Julian’s - Malta, from the 3rd to the 5th of October 2018.

MFSA Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Cuschieri and the Securities and Markets Supervision Unit’s Head, Christopher P. Buttigieg shall be speaking at the Summit, providing further details on the MFSA’s efforts to regulate and supervise the crypto-asset sector, particularly how the three main objectives of financial services regulation - financial soundness, market integrity and consumer protection - are achieved through the Virtual Financial Assets Framework.
