The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) informs the public and all interested persons that St. Publius Corporate Services Limited, of 3, More London Riverside, London SE1 2RE and Peter Knappertsbusch of German nationality are not registered by the MFSA to provide any corporate services in or from Malta in terms of the Company Services Providers Act, Chapter 529 of the Laws of Malta.

Accordingly the MFSA warns the public against entering into any transactions or otherwise dealing with the above-mentioned company or individual on any matters falling within the parameters of the Company Services Providers Act, Chapter 529 of the Laws of Malta.
