This notice is to make the general public aware that NBCG Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

NBCG Feeder Advent Convertible Arbitrage Sub-Fund;
NBCG Feeder Artemis UK Hedge Sub-Fund;
NBCG Feeder Aspect Diversified Sub-Fund;
NBCG Feeder Cedar Street Market Neutral Sub-Fund;
NBCG Feeder Cheyne European Event Driven Sub-Fund;
NBCG Feeder GAM Global Rates Sub-Fund;
NBCG Feeder Krom River Sub-Fund;
NBCG Feeder Severn River Sub-Fund;
NBCG Feeder True North Sub-Fund;
NBCG Greenpark Sub-Fund;
NBCG NuWave Sub-Fund;
NBCG Gibraltar Sub-Fund; and
NBCG Grassen Sub-Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25th July, 2013, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
