This notice is to make the general public aware that Innocap Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds: Cambridge Asian Markets Sub-Fund;

John Locke Systematic Sub-Fund;
Manalapan Sub-Fund;
Gibraltar Sub-Fund; and
Grassen Sub-Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25th July, 2013, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
