This notice is to make the general public aware that Financial +Investment Services Limited (‘the Company’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the Category 2 investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17th July 2013, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
