This notice is to make the general public aware that World Dynamic Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Dynamic Selecta Fund (“the Sub Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1st July, 2013, the Sub Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
