Greenbay Investments Limited (“the Company”) has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly with effect from 24th August, 2010 the Investment Services Licence has been surrendered.
