This notice is to make the general public aware that Amarillo Asset Partners Limited (“the company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the category 2 investment services licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 3rd August 2010, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA
