This notice is to make the general public aware that V.I.P. Select Funds (SICAV) plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence of its sub-fund BFI Reserve Fund (USD). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 10th June, 2010, BFI Reserve Fund (USD) ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
