Rosalie Tanti – Secretary

Rosalie Tanti is the Business Manager to the CEO within the office of the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority. She also serves as Secretary to the MFSA’s Executive Committee. In her role, Rosalie assists the CEO in the day-to-day management of the Authority, co-ordinating all action points emanating from the CEO’s office, while ensuring that all tasks agreed upon by the Executive Committee are followed through.

Prior to joining the MFSA, Rosalie worked for a number of years at Vodafone where she held various managerial roles. Most recently, she held the position of Business Transformation and Communications Manager where she was tasked with simplifying and optimising business processes. Rosalie has over 19 years’ experience in customer service, working her way up through the rank. Her past roles were primarily focused on recruiting employees, mentoring and training teams to deal with a diverse client base.
