This notice is to make the general public aware that Private Value Capital Opportunities SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to it and its 3 sub-funds, Global Alternative Multi Asset Strategies Fund, Advantage Capital Fund and Global Income Arbitrage Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 24 April 2020, the Scheme and its sub-funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
