The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA” or “the Authority”) has become aware of an entity by the name of FMG Investment Holdings Ltd trading as ClearSpring Capital which had an internet presence at https://clearspringcapital.com/ .This website is fraudulently using the details of an MFSA licensed company FMG (Malta) LTD to deceive the public.
The Authority would like to inform the public that FMG Investment Holdings Ltd trading as ClearSpring Capital (https://clearspringcapital.com/) is NOT a Maltese registered company NOR is it authorised to provide any financial services in or from Malta. Additionally, https://clearspringcapital.com/ has NO association with FMG (Malta) LTD.
The website https://clearspringcapital.com/ appears to be a clone of the website of the legitimate entity and the public should therefore refrain from undertaking any business or transactions with the false entity.
