What was your best achievement in 2020?

Surely the way we worked together as a solid and highly motivated team to overcome all the hurdles which 2020 threw at us to achieve, and in certain instances exceed our plans.

What would you like to achieve in 2021?

In 2021 we will be launching a number of smart working initiatives such as the introduction of a data dashboard which will enable us to take insurance supervision to the next level.

What is the first word that comes to your mind when you hear 2020?
