This notice is to make the general public aware that Finovative Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its VFA Agent Registration. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 5 July 2021, the Company ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
