This notice is to make the general public aware that Crystal Finance Investments Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 30 June 2022, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
