With reference to the news release issued on 15 June 2022, the MFSA would like to advise that its CEO, Mr Joseph Gavin, will resume his role with effect from 28 July 2022. The Authority would like to thank Chief Officer Enforcement, Dr Michelle Mizzi Buontempo, for taking up the role of Acting CEO in Mr Gavin’s absence.
