Please note that Audentia Capital Management Limited (“the AIFM”) has requested that the Driftwood Safari Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) to be removed from the List of Notified AIFs. The MFSA has accepted this request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 November 2022, the Sub-Fund has been removed from the List of NAIFs by the MFSA.
