This notice is to make the general public aware that Level E Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to one of its sub-funds, namely AI Digital Assets Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 7 August 2023, the sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
