This notice is to make the general public aware that Willer Opportunities (Malta) SICAV Limited (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and to its Sub-Fund, Precious Metals Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 01 August 2023, the Scheme and the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
