EC3 Brokers Europe Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) of its voluntary liquidation of the authorisation which was issued to the Company to carry on insurance distribution activities in terms of the Insurance Distribution Act (Cap. 487). This liquidation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, the Company has completed its voluntary liquidation with effect from 5 February 2024.
