This notice is to make the general public aware that The Ethika Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted to the Scheme in relation to the below sub-funds:

• Ethika Sustainable Impact Fund (LEI Code: 529900QGOMJI95PU8951)
• Ethika Balanced Fund ( LEI Code: 529900X1MQP4U602DI86)
• Ethika Dynamic Fund (LEI- Code: 5299005NJ58GIGWG7G74)

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 April 2024, the Scheme and its sub-funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA
