STM Malta Pension Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the termination of registration of the Company as a Registered Custodian pursuant to Article 6 of the Retirement Pensions Act (Chapter 514 of the Laws of Malta). The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 6 May 2024 the Company is no longer registered as a Custodian in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514.
