This notice is to make the general public aware that Open Door SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely, Open Door China Healthcare Fund with LEI: 2138007B97SJLJZOAM76 and LEI: 213800J8YGLP3JMSHX86 respectively. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 July 2024, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
