This notice is to make the general public aware that Lucendro SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to one of its Sub-fund, namely Nevis Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27 August 2024, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
