This notice is to make the general public aware that S3 Global Multi-Strategy Fund (Valletta) SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme (LEI No.:  213800ESGU9E6U6JZ167) and to its Sub-funds, namely Sub-Fund U (LEI No.: 213800KORS3CADLA6O48), Sub-Fund EV (LEI No.: 213800HFUIN94YR25930) and S3 Global Multi-Strategy Malta Sub-Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 October 2024, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
