This notice is to make the general public aware that Eiger Sicav P.L.C. (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to one of its sub-funds, Sectorstar Fund with LEI:  213800KTX8KEJBNADA02. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 21 October 2024, the Sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
