This notice is to make the general public aware that as of 24 October 2024, Avanzia Taxand Limited ("the Company") has voluntarily surrendered its authorisation to operate as a Class C company service provider under Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act [CAP. 529 of the Laws of Malta]. The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) has formally accepted the surrender of this authorisation. The decision to surrender is the result of the Company's acquisition by TMF Group, specifically TMF Management and Administrative Services (Malta) Limited and the consequential merger of the Company into it. Accordingly, as of 24 October 2024, the Company is no longer authorised by the MFSA.
